What are your payment modes?
We accept cash or NETS only. We also accept cash deposit and balance in cash upon delivery. However we do not accept credit card facilities. We also do not accept hire purchase/ installment schemes.

Where is the nearest place to park?
There are limited lots in front of our shop. It is much easier to park at Sembawang Shopping Centre or at the HDB/URA Carpark Diagonally across our shophouse.

Do you offer free installation?
No. Our prices do not include installation fees. If you need installation services, we can arrange it for you.

What are your installation rates?

Lights for HDB apartment (normal size): 1st light $35, subsequent light $8 each on existing point
Lights for Condo/ Landed Houses: 1st light $40, subsequent light $10 each on existing point
Fans: Install 1 Fan $40 on concrete ceiling, existing point, no centre panel, ceiling height less than 2.7m.
False ceiling support $120 - $150

New lighting/ fan point $60- $80 using casing

When can you do installation?
Once you order, we can help you find the earliest schedule to install. Available slots are from Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm.

Note: condomiunium management do not allow installation works to be done during the weekends (whole day) and weekdays (before 9am and after 5pm).

Do you repair lights or fans?
No,we do not repair. We are a retail shop. For fan repair, please contact the respective Fan Agents in Singapore. They have the technician and original spare part to help repair the product.

Can you arrange an electrician for me?
If you purchase products at Sembawang Lighting House, we can arrange electricians to fix them for you. Fees apply accordingly.

Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery for purchases above $800. If not, a $30 delivery fee applies. We can only arrange delivery on Monday to Friday. No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

How can i order from you?
You are most welcome to come to our shop and choose from the wide variety of products. If not, you can either order the product from our website or you may let us how which model you want (via phone 67597703 or email slh8888@hotmail.com and pay a 30% deposit via DBS/POSB atm/bank transfer to POSB Savings 022-08358-9. Balance is accepted in Cash only upon delivery/ installation.
